Rebecca Rego is a singer-songwriter whose music is an Indie-Americana based in Champaign, IL.  Rebecca Rego began the songs on “Lay These Weapons Down” in the middle of a time when she lost trust in so many parts of her personal life.  The paradox of that is through arranging and writing these songs with the Trainmen (Eric Fitts, Matt Yeats) and 13 other close musician friends a new freedom was found and something beautiful was created. 

Making “Lay These Weapons Down” has helped us heal and start to trust ourselves in new ways. We hope it does the same for you.
