Yoga is back with Mandy! Join us for Yoga every Tuesday in the Dragonfly. Doors open at 6 pm, class starts at 6:30 pm! Pay as you go $10 per class(drinks not included). Get your fave Sleepy Creek drinks at the Winery(main bldg) before heading to the Dragonfly for Yoga. Yoga mats will be socially distanced. For your safety, please follow guidelines when needed. Enjoy a glass of wine and a beginner to level 1 class. If you have ever thought of taking yoga, would like to get back into yoga or would like to enjoy great wine, good company and some awesome stretches and strengthening for your body this yoga class is for you. This yoga class will held in the Dragonfly. Gravel parking behind the venue. (Only prerequisite is that you are able to get up and down with ease.)
